National Partnership Manager - Compass

We are looking for a National Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own strategic relationships with our corporate partners. You will build, strengthen, and revive partnerships that are critical to Bevi’s growth, ensuring partners are successful from onboarding to activation and helping scale programs and incentives that drive long‑term impact. Your Day to Day Build relationships with senior decision‑makers at contract foodservice companies Evangelize Bevi throughout our foodservice contractor partners Ensure all expectations from sector partners are met, including achieving sales goals, adhering to service level agreements, and promptly processing orders or troubleshooting issues Design and implement sales strategies that identify growth levers, partnership opportunities, and expansion strategies Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and annual business plans Ensure partner enablement activities, including onboarding, training and education, off‑boarding Represent Bevi at customer visits, relevant tradeshows and brand awareness events Requirements 5+ years of high‑performance sales experience within fast‑growth environments; foodservice contractor experience is a must Excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic/analytical thinker Track record of building new and expanding existing partnerships Fluent with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce; network of contacts is a plus Position may entail up to 50% travel Compensation For this position the posted range is $170,000 – $210,000 USD. Compensation may include base salary plus commission or bonus incentive. All full‑time employees receive equity in the form of stock options and are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan.
