Als Sales Development Representative Enterprise (m/w/d) identifizierst und qualifizierst du neue Leads und weckst mit deiner Überzeugungskraft Interesse an Lanes & Planes. Du kannst die Position 100 % remote deutschlandweit oder flexibel in unserem Münchener Büro ausüben – wir bieten dir ein vielfältiges, unterstützendes Umfeld und eine ausgewogene Work-Life-Balance. Dein Arbeitsalltag Die Betreuung und der Ausbau der Sales Pipeline liegen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Account Executive (m/w/d) in deiner Verantwortung, um Vertriebschancen zu verfolgen und eine hohe Kundenorientierung sicherzustellen. Du kontaktierst potenzielle Leads durch verschiedene Kanäle, um auch komplexe Unternehmensstrukturen zu durchdringen, strategische Beziehungen aufzubauen und dabei deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Überzeugungskraft einzusetzen. Du qualifizierst potenzielle Enterprise Leads anhand geeigneter Frameworks und identifizierst so den Need der relevanten Stakeholder und Decision Maker, wobei effizientes Handeln und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil gefragt sind. Du konzipierst und pflegst neue Leadquellen, um den Pool potentieller Enterprise Kunden kontinuierlich zu erweitern und bringst dabei deine Akquisitionsstärke aktiv ein. Durch gezielte Marktrecherche und Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team erschließt du neue Kundengruppen und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Phasen ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit . Dein Profil Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Softwareumfeld (Enterprise, idealerweise SaaS) mit und verfügst über ein starkes Verständnis für kundenfokussiertes Arbeiten . Der sichere, strukturierte und effiziente Umgang mit multiplen Medien sowie CRM-Tools (vorzugsweise HubSpot) gehört für dich zum Alltag. Mit deiner ausgeprägten Sales-Mentalität gehst du proaktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu, überzeugst durch starke kommunikative Kompetenz , argumentative Stärke und hast Freude am telefonischen Austausch – auch in komplexen Unternehmens- und Stakeholderstrukturen. Sowohl strategisches und langfristiges Relationship Management / Lead Nurturing als auch die aktive Neukundengewinnung begeistern dich, wobei du deine ausgeprägte Abschluss- und Akquisitionsfähigkeit gezielt einsetzt. Du bleibst authentisch, passt dich souverän an unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner an und zeigst auch in herausfordernden Situationen Resilienz und Belastbarkeit . Positivität, ein hohes Energielevel, unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Eigenmotivation zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine Teamplayer‑Mentalität und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
