Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying a caseload of clients, establishing trustworthy and professional relationships that foster growth and stability.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, set objectives for upcoming sessions, and facilitate necessary transitions, including discharges when appropriate.

• Developing, executing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate treatment course and build a rapport with new clients.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting techniques to cater to the evolving needs of your clients.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision sessions for professional growth and skill enhancement.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal counselor will be particularly focused on youth mental health, addressing issues relevant to adolescents and young adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field, relevant to counseling and therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
