Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and design tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the diverse needs of each client.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure progress is made and celebrated.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may experience challenges attending in-person appointments, ensuring accessibility remains a priority.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with regulatory standards while promoting transparency and continuity of care.

• Participate in regular training and supervision to stay abreast of advances in clinical practices and enhance your professional skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification with no pending disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in healthcare settings, hospice care, social services, case management, or mental health therapy.

• Proven capabilities in clinical social work, including conducting assessments, focusing on diagnosis, and crafting effective treatment plans.
