Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews with clients to assess their needs, identify presenting challenges, and evaluate their mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, detailing specific goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer support, building a community of shared experiences and collaborative healing.

• Respond effectively to crises, providing immediate support and implementing safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and communication with insurance companies and other healthcare providers.

• Adhere to professional ethical standards and practices, ensuring client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Counselor will work with a diverse client population from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients range from adolescents to adults facing an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma history, and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure within the state of Nevada , with successful completion of all required examinations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
