West Advisory Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team, serving adults and couples in the vibrant community of Redmond, Oregon. This full-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships aimed at enhancing the mental well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions—both individual and group—utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document therapy sessions and assessments within 24 hours to maintain accurate and timely records.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on realistic and achievable goals.

• Participate in regular peer case consultations to share insights, best practices, and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain a continued commitment to professional growth and stay current with developments in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on adult individuals and couples dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Counselors will employ a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, thus ensuring a personalized approach to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active independent licensure such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent is required.

• Proficiency with technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively, utilizing teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, engaging with diverse client populations.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
