Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, offering tailored assessments and interventions.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, respect, and understanding of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the needs of clients and to develop appropriate plans that facilitate access to necessary services.

• Design and implement integrated care plans, collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Carry a caseload and deliver individual, group, and family therapy, addressing clients' presenting problems and adhering to service requests.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing support and intervention to stabilize affected clients promptly.
\n
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and improve therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Monitor client admissions, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring all clients receive appropriate care during their treatment journey.

• Contribute to agency committees focused on enhancing service delivery and improving community health outcomes.

This role will primarily involve working with adult clients who are grappling with substance abuse issues and significant mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
