Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive social work services to patients and their families, addressing their unique psychosocial needs through a range of therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand the multifaceted needs of patients and develop individualized care plans based on those assessments.

• Implement care plans with a focus on measurable outcomes, adjusting as necessary to meet patient goals and support progress in treatment.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and family therapists, to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment processes, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and meet regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals facing substance addiction, alongside various co-occurring mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, teenagers, adults, and families navigating the complexities of recovery. Your role is vital in helping clients develop healthy coping mechanisms, improve their mental wellness, and rebuild their relationships with themselves and their support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required for this position.

• You must hold current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with diverse populations, particularly children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health struggles.

• Ability to embrace and integrate technological tools into clinical practice to enhance service delivery and patient engagement.

• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate challenging interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
