Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs, utilizing psychological evaluation tools and techniques.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions, adapting approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to suit individual patient circumstances.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups addressing various mental health issues, fostering community and recovery among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients facing acute mental health challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate resource referrals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop a cohesive treatment approach, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; further degrees in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are preferred.
