Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans by assessing client progress and making informed decisions on therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans for clients.

• Facilitate follow-up communication with hospital staff regarding treatment progress of clients admitted to medical facilities, ensuring continuity of care.

• Identify behaviors and patterns that may hinder recovery, and develop strategies to mitigate these issues with clients and their support systems.

• Support family members and primary caregivers in managing the emotional and behavioral challenges presented by their loved ones, providing education and resources as needed.

Qualifications\n
