To learn more about Comply, visit comply.com About the role Comply is looking for a Sales Development Representative to open doors with compliance leaders and build the qualified pipeline that fuels our growth. You’ll be the first human contact between Comply and the compliance professionals who need us, turning a cold territory into qualified pipeline for our sales team. Day to day, you’ll research target firms, run multi-channel outbound (calls, personalized email, and LinkedIn) to compliance officers and their teams, and uncover the pain points that make a conversation worth an account executive’s time. You’ll partner tightly with a dedicated AE to build account strategy, then hand off well-qualified, multi-threaded opportunities. What you’ll do Run multi-channel outbound (calls, personalized email, LinkedIn) to compliance professionals across a designated territory. Carry a monthly target of qualified meetings/opportunities, with a healthy daily outbound activity level. Identify and engage entire buying committees within target accounts, handing AEs multi-threaded opportunities. Partner with a dedicated Account Executive to build account strategy and pipeline. Become an expert on our prospects’ needs, our software, and the compliance landscape. Track and forecast activity in Salesforce and Outreach, and use call recordings (Gong) to self-diagnose and improve. Represent Comply’s portfolio of brands with integrity in every interaction. What success looks like in your first 90 days You’ve ramped on our product, market, and outbound playbook. You’re consistently hitting your outbound activity targets. You’re booking qualified meetings that convert to pipeline with your AE. What you’ll bring Must-have Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-growth team and a genuine desire to build a career in sales. Willingness to make targeted outbound calls as a core part of prospecting. Ability to write succinct, personalized emails backed by research. You act on coaching quickly and use feedback to improve conversion. High level of organization and self-motivation. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Nice-to-have Prior SDR/BDR quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS. Experience selling into regulated or financial-services buyers. Familiarity with sales-intelligence/intent tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense) and Gong. The all-in total compensation for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $45,000 - $60,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
