Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 USD OTE - Dependent on experience Work: Fully Remote - must be based in Washington, DC

What You'll Be Doing: Selling Zen's service offerings to charter and district leaders in your assigned territory. Owning the full cycle sales process: from outbound calling, to pipeline generation, to demo delivery, to closing deals. Collaborating with our School Success team to onboard new charter schools and school districts. Collaborate with the school success, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve our ability to deliver value to schools. Opportunities to travel to US states for conferences, events and school meetings. Embracing the dynamic nature of startup life, where no two weeks are the same, and a willingness to dive in and get the job done is essential.

Who We Are Looking For: You have a strong desire to break into a sales career within the tech space. You bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. We'll provide all the training and tools you need to succeed. A passionate and motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment; your contributions are valued. You have a growth mindset and are dedicated to growing your skills as a professional. Experience in education as either an educator or selling to K-12 stakeholders is a huge plus.
