Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms. We prioritize a flexible work schedule that supports both therapist and client needs. Primarily, our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, and we ask for some flexibility as patient needs arise. You'll utilize telehealth technology and software, allowing you to maintain productive workshops and individual therapy sessions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, employing evidence-based approaches and appropriate, solution-focused therapies to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and additional modalities suited to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate client care effectively.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to improve overall care quality.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options available, and local resources, fostering an informed support system.

• Commit to ongoing learning by staying current with new developments and research in the mental health field, incorporating best practices into your therapeutic work.

Qualifications\n
