Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting initial assessments for clients to formulate individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and conducting individual sessions for each partner, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Providing therapy for families, addressing issues such as familial conflict, grief, job stress, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Offering guidance on specific topics like separation, divorce, and adjustment issues related to these transitions.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client progress meticulously and adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in therapy.
\n
• Collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice works predominantly with adults, children, and adolescents experiencing a variety of challenges. As an LMFT, your client focus will include:

• Individuals dealing with emotional distress, interpersonal issues, and familial conflicts.
\n
• Couples navigating relationship difficulties, including communication and trust issues.
\n
• Families facing crises due to job stress, medical issues, separation, divorce, and integration into blended family dynamics.

• Patients struggling with substance abuse, grief, and psychological trauma.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates for this role will meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Alchemy Counseling provides a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
