AVP, HR Systems & Operations

Manage and support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's HR systems and related applications. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, test, and deploy system updates, enhancements, and integrations. Configure HR system functionality, implement process improvements, and develop solutions that support evolving business requirements. Act as the primary resource for resolving HRIS-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing system support. Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and strategic decision-making. Analyze reporting needs and create customized reports to deliver meaningful workforce insights. Perform regular audits and validation checks to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data. Investigate system or data issues, identify underlying causes, and recommend corrective actions. Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business teams to streamline processes and improve overall system efficiency.
