Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
