Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and security in documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
