Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Manage a designated caseload, actively participating in treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and address any emerging needs.
