Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult and/or child clients, assessing a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring to document all care in accordance with legal and medical standards.

• Provide ongoing therapy services, utilizing evidence-based modalities to assist clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

• Engage in case management activities, which include triaging referrals, coordinating care with outside agencies, and maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.

• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to review treatment plans and share insights on client progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including detailed progress notes that support treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, utilizing conflict resolution skills to defuse potentially volatile situations.

• Respond to requests for additional duties within the scope of mental health practice, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, independent licensure in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
