Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Steadfast Support Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned clients.

• Conducting thorough assessments and treatment planning in accordance with DSM-5 guidelines for clients meeting medical necessity criteria.

• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and workshops to support skill development and community education.

• Completing comprehensive client case materials and maintaining accurate program forms and statistical data to comply with clinical and regulatory standards.

• Timely documentation of all therapeutic activities, including charting, billing, and progress notes, ensuring contractual obligations are met through a set number of reimbursable hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Many clients may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional organizational skills, necessary for managing caseloads and documentation efficiently.

• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to proactively address billing and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n
