Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to perform independent psychosocial assessments and formulate tailored diagnoses for students, facilitating appropriate interventions.

• Engage with students and their families to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on their unique mental health needs and academic goals.

• Implement effective behavioral interventions through evidence-based practices, including solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, problem-solving techniques, and other applicable modalities.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including school staff, psychologists, and external service providers to design and maintain a comprehensive care framework.

• Regularly monitor student progress and treatment adherence through virtual sessions, systematically tracking therapeutic outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Assist in the management of any prescribed psychotropic medications in conjunction with medical providers, emphasizing adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing mental health care to school-aged children and adolescents. You will address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma, ensuring that each student receives the individualized attention necessary for their growth and development. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a licensed therapist in a mental health capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Premier Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, newly hired professionals will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
