Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Del Puerto Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to identify mental health concerns and appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions to family members, as well as joint sessions with couples and their children.
\n
• Specializing in addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, health-related concerns, and the dynamics of blended families.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and promote emotional and relational well-being.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will focus on providing tailored therapeutic solutions to individuals undergoing difficult transitions, managing stress, facing grief, or dealing with family dynamics that impede their well-being.
