Senior Director of Product Management

Role Description

To continue driving our mission, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic Senior Director of Product Management to shape and scale our Pharmacy Automation portfolio across hardware, software, and SaaS solutions. In this leadership role, you will define a multi-year product vision that balances innovation with portfolio performance to deliver measurable growth and improved pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.

As the Senior Director, you will own the portfolio strategy end-to-end:

• Guiding key investments, pricing models, and lifecycle decisions to expand recurring revenue and accelerate market adoption.
• Building, mentoring, and advocating for a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Establishing standards of product excellence and coaching them toward commercial and strategic success.
• Acting as a key commercial partner, driving SaaS transitions, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Engaging directly with strategic customers to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of dedicated product management experience.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership positions.
• Demonstrated track record of success in SaaS and software product environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
