Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, in order to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that utilize a combination of manual therapy, exercise programs, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on empirical data and observed outcomes to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Educate patients and their families on the utilization of assistive devices and self-care techniques to foster independence and confidence in their rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient treatments, progress notes, and program evaluations accurately and promptly to maintain compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain current knowledge of best practices through workshops, professional publications, and community involvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
