Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify each client’s mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to guarantee comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all facets of a client's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans in response to urgent client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards and to track client progress.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including group therapy, psychoeducational classes, and support groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your expertise and experience level.
