All leads are warm and provided to you./liliEvaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships through our consultative sales process./liliManage clients dating experience through matching and feedback./liliCollaborate with client advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients./li/ulpThe qualifications IJL Select requires include:/pulli4-year degree or equivalent work experience./liliMinimal 1 year of sales experience./liliThrives in a combination of remote and in-office sales environments./liliHigh-volume outbound dialer./liliComfortable with a performance-based commission structure (salary+commission)./liliMoney-motivated, with a desire to make over six figures/li/ulpCompensation: Your hard work and professional dedication will be rewarded with a competitive compensation structure and excellent benefits.
