Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients’ mental health needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Delivering psychotherapy services through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment aligns with clients’ preferences.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and clinic standards, facilitating the continuity of care.

• Actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure that the quality of care remains high and that innovative therapeutic strategies are employed.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly focused on psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
