Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop an effective, personalized treatment plan.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities suited to individual client circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and relational approaches.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, adjusting care strategies as needed to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or preferences for virtual care.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor within our team, you will work with diverse clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
