Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting modalities to suit the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate vibrant psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing clients with community support and coping strategies for managing their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to maintain a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all therapeutic goals are addressed cohesively.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering support and guidance to patients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
