Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and facilitate parent support groups, creating therapeutic environments that strengthen family dynamics.

• Provide comprehensive training to parents of children with mental health needs, focusing on fostering strong and effective parenting strategies for families, particularly those dealing with complex issues such as the adoption of prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations for children, assessing their growth and emotional wellbeing.

• Offer temperament counseling to parents to help them understand and manage their child's behavioral challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
