Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive outcomes in therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients during weekly sessions to set, assess, and revise their mental health goals, supporting them through challenges and celebrating progress.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
