Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve working with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will develop tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the specific cultural, emotional, and psychological needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals or family units.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
