Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying their strengths and challenges, to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs.

• Provide therapy services for individuals, couples, and families using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and pursue personalized therapy goals, ensuring a client-centered approach that prioritizes their unique experiences and aspirations.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic processes meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards inherent in mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including participation in workshops and training to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
