Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs, incorporating therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families to explore thoughts and behaviors, guiding them towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for effective counseling services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in team meetings and training to stay current with the latest research and interventions in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds, helping to advocate for their needs and providing culturally competent care tailored to each individual's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

• Demonstrable experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical counseling setting with a proven track record of providing effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
