Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Providing high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that establish clear goals and implement effective interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to optimize client care and achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Facilitating crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in need.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Leading engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance client experience and promote community understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
