System Administrator (MSP Experience Required)

System Administrator Are you a System Administrator with hands-on experience supporting multiple clients in an MSP environment? Key Responsibilities: Provide both remote and on-site IT support for a variety of SMB clients Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments (2012–2022) Perform Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations on a team Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and other domain services Deploy and manage hybrid and full Azure infrastructures Track and resolve support tickets using ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Required Experience: MSP or IT service provider experience is required Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure (VMs, AAD, Networking, Storage) Skilled in firewall and VPN configuration (SonicWall preferred) Comfortable managing multiple client environments simultaneously Proficient with ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, or similar platforms Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and communication skills Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Bi-Annual Performance-Based Bonuses Paid certifications and professional development PTO and paid holidays Bowman Williams
