Start Date: ASAP A growing law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to support a newly restructured finance team and help clear a significant billing backlog. This is a fully remote contract opportunity ideal for experienced legal billing professionals who can hit the ground running. Qualifications

- Strong legal billing experience required
- Hands-on experience with both Aderant and BillBlast required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Billing compliance experience is a significant plus
- Prepare, review, and process attorney billing accurately and efficiently
- Manage high-volume billing workflows and meet established deadlines
- Work directly within Aderant and BillBlast to generate, edit, and finalize invoices
- Ensure billing compliance requirements are met and identify potential issues proactively
- Support the Billing Director in reducing outstanding billing backlog and improving workflow efficiency
