Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients through our telehealth platform. Our team collaborates closely in a supportive and innovative virtual environment, where professional development and ongoing education are prioritized. With a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns, fostering community and resilience among participants.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary and provide robust support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and the array of community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the protection of patient information.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hillside, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are facing challenges such as mental health disorders, substance abuse, and life transitions. Each patient is treated with respect and compassion, and you will play a vital role in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop actionable treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
