Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations for dermatology patients of all ages, ensuring all physical assessments are thorough and detailed.
• Order, perform, and accurately interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to aid in the identification of dermatological conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, applying established protocols and the latest medical insights.
• Perform necessary dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, and electrodessication & curettage (ED&C) with expertise and care.
• Maintain meticulous records of evaluations, chart notes, and billing documentation to ensure accurate and efficient patient management.
• Educate patients about their dermatological conditions, treatment options, and skincare regimens, empowering them to take charge of their health.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care and overall outcomes.
• Provide ongoing general dermatology treatments, including follow-up care, to monitor patient progress and adapt treatment as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development and education to stay informed about the latest advancements in dermatology.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to seniors, providing care for a variety of dermatological issues including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer screenings, and cosmetic consultations. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized and empathetic care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Qualifications

• A valid Physician Assistant state license in good standing, with an unrestricted ability to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of ongoing continuing medical education as required by specialty and state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and patient advocacy.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently as required.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in Medical Dermatology is preferred, equipping you with the skills necessary to provide high-quality care in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Vibrant Skin Experts offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
