Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, diagnoses, and devise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group counseling sessions, adjusting approaches based on real-time feedback and client progress.

• Maintain proactive documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments to care plans, complying with company policies and state regulations.

• Screen, assess, and treat clients experiencing trauma, complex mental health issues, and behavioral challenges, with emphasis on effective intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure seamless integration of services and support for clients.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by program management to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with appropriate licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to practice in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
