Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in schools, pediatric settings, or teletherapy preferred
• Comfort with a variety of communication disorders and treatment approaches
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
• New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual, small group, or virtual formats
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide support and training to teachers, parents, and caregivers to foster progress beyond direct sessions
• Consult with other school professionals to support student growth in the classroom
