Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator (Spanish/English)

Thompson Concrete is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to partner with Recruiting and HR to ensure a compliant, smooth new hire onboarding experience. This role reports to the Recruitment Manager and coordinates across departments to welcome new employees. Responsibilities include managing pre-employment steps, I-9/W-4, benefits enrollment, Spanish onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in the HRIS.
