Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and/or families where you’ll create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive intake evaluations, using standardized assessment tools when necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches—to coordinate comprehensive care services for clients.

• Demonstrate professional integrity by consistently meeting client appointments, establishing a reliable presence, and meeting deadlines for documentation and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. By providing targeted therapeutic techniques and interventions, you will play a critical role in helping clients improve their mental wellness and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.

• Ability to complete and provide clearances for background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to develop rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage time effectively and prioritize workload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
