Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and resources for enhancing their quality of life.

• Deliver individualized therapy tailored to unique needs, integrating evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and implement holistic treatment plans with measurable goals, continually assessing efficacy and making adjustments as needed.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning to individuals experiencing heightened distress, ensuring immediate support and resources are available.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of coordinated patient-centered care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all care details are accurately recorded.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a broad range of patients dealing with various mental health conditions, particularly those facing terminal illnesses and the transitions associated with hospice care. Your work will support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related disorders during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
