Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), adapting methods for individual, couple, family, and group contexts.

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, following clinic policies and adhering to regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of their conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, facilitating coordinated care approaches for comprehensive patient support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
