Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily engages with hospice patients and their families, including clients facing terminal illnesses and their accompanying emotional and social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology is required, with a valid LCSW licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
