Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to understand the psychological needs and history of clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, incorporating specific therapeutic goals and evidence-based strategies.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy—to provide effective psychotherapy.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including initial assessments, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or independent clinical social worker (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in compliance with Washington State regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
