Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists flexibility while ensuring they can still connect intimately with clients through telehealth technologies. Our outpatient office environment supports a cooperative, multi-disciplinary approach, encouraging therapists to work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create personalized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups that foster a sense of community while addressing common mental health concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients in overcoming immediate mental health challenges during emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Collaborate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and refine treatment strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health fields to continually enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our dynamic practice, you will serve a diverse client population, which includes individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Holds a current and valid mental health professional license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and ability to apply evidence-based treatment modalities effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients empathetically and professionally.

• Solid judgment and the ability to maintain professional ethics and boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential software applications.

• A collaborative approach, willing to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
