Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, facilitating the formulation of structured treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, ensuring approaches align with clients' therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to set realistic therapeutic objectives, providing consistent monitoring of their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, leveraging technology to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual interactions due to personal preferences or accessibility considerations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, based on your experience and client caseload.
