Responsibilities Receiving and adding/updating employee enrollment documents Receiving and reconciling monthly employer contributions (i.e., accounts receivable functions) Resolving health coverage issues Communicating regularly with employers and participants Qualifications Experienced: Two years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or other related experience Organized: Prioritize work, able to multitask and be timely with work Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal Service Minded: Deliver superior and timely customer service, exhibiting empathy and care Detailed: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills Technically Savvy: Intermediate experience with Excel and Word Benefits & Compensation Union scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $22.85/hr. up to $32.47/hr Employer provided/fully funded Defined Benefit Pension Up to 8.6 days of Paid Leave and 10 Holidays Strong team environment with good work-life balance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement NWA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
